The Full and Thriving Podcast is a podcast designed to support your recovery while helping you re-discover your radiant life outside of your eating disorder.
The word “Full” refers to embracing food and allowing yourself to be well-fed throughout your recovery journey. It denotes the importance of making big and small pro-recovery choices every day so that you can heal your body and your mind.
The word “Thriving” represents Meg’s dream for you- to not only have a full tummy and life, but step into a new version of you in which you are truly thriving and being your most joyful, authentic self.
On the podcast, there will be a variety of episodes- some that are recovery-based that focus on coaching, education and information. In these episodes Meg will share several tools and exercises you can do to boost your recovery and mindfulness around it. There will also be solo episodes that focus on life, personal development and spirituality. (Meg’s also a certified Life Coach, after all)!
Meg also invites guests to appear on the podcast. These guests include mental health professionals, coaches, influencers and educators to share their stories and expertise. All of these interviews are designed to help you live a full and thriving life!
The Full and Thriving Podcast is now on iTunes and Soundcloud.
